Usage data: pages visited, course progress, and support requests, used to operate and improve the services.
Support messages: anything you send through our support forms or email.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the services, process billing, respond to support requests, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and local session tokens to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Analytics, if enabled, is aggregated and anonymized.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, payments, email delivery), and when required by law.

5. Children

DiMase AI for Kids is built for children. Here is how it works:

Parental consent required: a parent or guardian creates the family account and sets up each child. Children do not create accounts on their own.
What we collect: questions a child asks Bolt, app usage, and parent-set controls. We use this only to run the app and keep kids safe. That is it.
No selling, no ads: we do not sell children’s data and we do not use it for advertising. Ever. Knowledge shared, not sold.
Parents are in control: a parent can review their child’s activity and request a copy or full deletion of their child’s data anytime via contact.
