DiMase Inc. ("we", "us") provides website memberships, AI training courses, and remote technical support sessions through dimaseinc.org and related subdomains.
Paid plans (Site Only $5/mo, Site + Remote $15/mo, Full Bundle $20/mo) include a 7-day $0 trial. A valid payment method is required when you start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan auto-bills monthly at the plan rate until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund partial months.
One-time remote support sessions are billed per session ($25/15 min, $50/30 min, $100/60 min).
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violations of law.
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use AI course materials to violate the law. Course content is for your personal learning; redistribution requires written permission.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiMase Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
